Timios welcomes Evan Grimm to its Default Division.

Timios Inc., a tech enabled national title and settlement services firm announced
today that Evan Grimm and his team (formerly Bay National Title Company) have
joined its growing Default Division.

Matthew Golden, President of Timios, said, “This move enables us to further scale

Previously this year, Timios made a significant equity investment in OrangeGrid, a
